This bastard always come in the middle of the night and book ppl for parking offences. Yesterday he came around 2am. He got nothing better to do sia.. somemore its labour day, shouldnt it be free parking.. wat a bastard indian old man... think he also ride or drive on his own, still come book ppl at night, somemore holiday.. very pissed off with him..
