Things aint the way they used to be...

recently work doesnt seems smooth.. project seems ending but yet so far.. supposedly paper work should be lesser but it seems to be getting more.. pm after come back says we nvr monitor carefully, nvr ask contractor to submit this and tat, sort of trying to prove we nt doing our job... so now got to squeeze contractor to submit things.. more paper work for them and also for me..
Has been doing shit work to help out as an AV guy.. in the end sort of being blame when the mic is nt working well, when its the speaker's fault. someone commented to me and i replied saying i nt working there, also not an AV guy, I'M AN ENGINEER HELLO... of course in a nice manner and good tone without the hello.. sometimes jus feel frustrated..
today even worse in the morning.. as usual the 10am meeting, now need to record down watever was discussed and signed by 3 parties. 1st time (which was abt 2 days ago) pm wrote everything and signed. today he asked us to chair, after discussing, he didnt wanted to sign, asked me to sign, i signed. the records sort of to cover anything in case something happens.. after the meeting, he came to told me signing tat proves that u have review all the records and stuff to ensure things going right, i replied frustratedly saying next time i shall write lesser things.. in the end afternoon, when i went to passed him back something, he said he didnt mean tat wanting us to take responsibility of everything, saying next time he or dpm will sign. so i told him frankly tat we have more and more paperwork to do, instead of getting lesser. everybody is so scared since things happened on another proj.. its nt fair.. we are not at the start of prj, we going to end soon... but no choice, tat's wat higher management wans... sometimes feel tat management really cmi which makes me realised y ppl left..

ok good things now.. met up with viny, had dinner at sakura, then ice cream waffle at gelare (dunno spell correct or nt), so full, chat and chat... after tat, went bbq with wili, veri, they all.. didnt ate much since full liao.. chat again, visit wili's new house. quite nice.. quite cheap for current market rate.. wah, i fell in love with her ex sofa, nearly fell asleep there.. hahaha...
