wat?? again...

he came to ask me "u all not doing nite shift for house 121 ah", i replied "ask chengboon 1st".. in the end found both of us and asked us to have a short discussion. said no inspectors covering the control room duties to monitor the parameters, but actually there are.. duties planning not so good. should be putting inspectors in more important areas and priortise the work. i told him that surface monitoring not so impt and make it seems like our inspectors also became watchman as contractor already has their watchman. he replied cos he already promised owner our staff will be there to look after the workers.. wat the hell!! is there any use?? should give the responsibility to contractor to open and guard the gate instead of pushing to our inspectors.

we said inspectors schedule planning no good, then he said wan chengboon to plan next month one but we insisted not, if wan, start of project should do, wait until now, then will make everyone unhappy, wat for?? going end of project soon...... chengboon told him he dunno how to protect staff, since we not enough inspectors, y still let senior management transfer them out, should have feedback to them initially, how can say u got no say... chengboon asked wat happen if OT will exceed 72 hrs, he said can have site arrangement, PUI!!, the 1st time we did when boh was around, told us could claim more than 72 but in the end cannot, ask us to clear off and until now my off still not cleared.. should everytime record wat he say.. in the end chengboon and I agreed to do shift but only up to 72 hrs which is abt 2 weeks, after tat no more.. then he said he will tell spm and asked him for manpower, which i doubt so.. he said once clear this house then no more, i asked wat abt DTSS, he said not impt, but maybe farrer road.. siao, farrer road so long.. dunno wat he thinking..

seems like he only knows how to use senior management, but does he knows wat is the RIGHT MANAGEMENT???? i really dun wan to think... project is ending, some ppl may wan to leave it like this, but sometimes really need to wake up the person, if really cannot, then no hope liao.. anyway tmr chengboon will start nite shift.. this month my schedule too packed liao... if he cannot tahan, then i will take over ba.. meanwhile earn more money to pay loan.. the most nite time find aw to eat supper lo, since he helping 855 to do nite shift, maybe he can also partner with us?? hahaha...

doesnt seem to be a good one year.. complaints seem longer and longer.. more things will surface, will tackle case by case...
