one little, two little, three little......

my colleague and i were wondering why our aug shift allowance was not credited in our pay, so i went email the HR to enquire abt tat on fri. today got a reply from miss blackie: '.... I understand from ram that they (colleague and me) are currently working on normal office hours. As such any excess hours worked beyond their normal working hours can be claimed as overtime.
Shift allowance can only be claimed if staff is sheduled to work on a rostered shift duty. I will be returning this claim form addressed to ram soon. Pls assist to inform the staff concerned'

so i didnt really looked in depth and i was quite angry, so i replied her saying: i quoted her sentence of 'Shift allowance can only be claimed if staff is sheduled to work on a rostered shift duty.' and said we were rostered to do 24hrs shift work to cover critical tunnelling works and was agreed and approved by the management. sam came over to tell me not to deal with her after he saw my reply, so i will let him or ram to settle. not sure how though. in the end realised her email to sam and ram was dated 30/09/08.. oh, so was sent to sam and mr blackie ram earlier instead of calling us. think ram must have made her misunderstood something due to cb case.
big company with ppl trying to pick on small little things.. really cmi..

dunno wat will be end results.. anyway, must always follow cb, everything wan to do, need to ask if can claim and should write down in black and white.. if not, ppl do roti prata.. say only no use.. after so many incidents, dun think we will do shifts anymore. we are not being appreciated and trusted. ppl only care about themselves..

today went to watch house bunny with wili.. really recommended to watch if u love comedy like me.. ahahah... almost laughing through the whole show.. seems like got ppl watching but not much ppl laughing.. wiil was saying only i keep laughing.. maybe i siao liao.. wat's the next movie i should watch?? *in thoughts*
