1+ week liao..

went for my doc's appt yesterday, everything was ok, given more medicine. MC extended to 26 march.. opps.. doc asked me to put away my crutches.. its time to train up the leg again.. now it is like a jelly.. only 1/8 srength of the left leg.. next week will go polyclinic remove stitches, think will be painful.. yucks..

also went for physiotherapy.. therapist tekan me sia.. new exercises, then some with weights. she insisted i buy weights for my exercises at home.. haiz.. tougher training ahead... at least now i can slowly limp and walk without the crutches.. ;P
