Role as an RE...

my job is also an RE work.. actually got to report directly to QP.. BCA has been strict to another contract as something happened there, so they haven touch us. they actually asking REs to work niteshift to look after the contractor. but still our side cannot jus leave 2 ppl to do 24 hrs work to cover everything.. no rest leh.. at least 3 or more ppl need to rotate. i have said a lot of bad things, really micro management now... very bad... dun really wan to say more here..
