arguments more and more.. petty?

Me: on off
Ram: y he on off?
Me: u go ask him

there's always this hidden rule then after nite shift (until mon morning), the person will rest and come back work on wed.. apparently, ram dun understand, he expects all to come back on tues morning which seems like no rest.. he went to call up ppl to ask and also asked HR and said there's no such policy.. is there really a need to manage until this way? will pen down more when i get to back to work and understand more..
