fark up car SGW2193...

this car SGW2193 nearly knocked into me jus now when entering KPE... it suddenly came out from nowhere... so dulan.. owner dunno how to drive car.. basket.. somemore i with pillon... this kind of irresponsible driver should be removed from road to ensure others' safety..
